Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a trackingnumber via email. Swaggy Woof is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs,or other factors beyond our control.

 

Returns and Refunds

We want you (and your pup) to love your Swaggy Woof products. If you’re not completely satisfied,contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@swaggywoof.com.au. Products must beunused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return. Refunds are processed oncethe returned items are received and inspected. For faulty or damaged items, please contact us withphotos — we’ll replace or refund promptly according to Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
